Who we are
Kalkgo operates the website kalkgo.com, which provides free online calculators and one paid digital product (an Excel template). You can reach us at [email protected].
Calculator inputs stay on your device
All calculators on this site run entirely in your web browser. The salary, tax, insurance or business figures you type in are never sent to, collected by, or stored on our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — for example which tools are popular and roughly which country visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with any account information because this site has no user accounts.
Payments and orders
Payments for the PRO template are processed by our payment provider, Creem. We never see, receive or store your card number or bank details. Creem shares limited order information with us (such as your name, email address, country and what you bought) so that we can deliver your download and provide support.
If you email us for support, we keep the message and your email address only to answer you and to handle any related order issue.
How data is shared
We share data only with the service providers named above (Google for analytics, Creem for payments), only as needed for them to do their job. We never sell personal data, and we disclose data if required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you (in practice: order records from Creem and any emails you sent us), and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to [email protected].

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
