Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026. By using kalkgo.com or buying our digital product, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Kalkgo ("we") provides free online calculators related to Vietnamese salary, personal income tax, social insurance and e-commerce selling costs, plus one paid digital product: the Shopee & TikTok Shop Profit Calculator PRO Excel template, sold for $9 (USD), one-time.

2. Free calculators: estimates only

Calculator results are simplified estimates for reference only. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice and do not replace decisions of Vietnamese authorities or your own professional advisors. Regulations, fee tables and tax parameters change over time; always verify important figures against official sources before acting on them.

3. Paid product and license

When you buy the PRO template, you receive a license to use the file for your own shop or business. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share or claim authorship of the file. The file is provided in .xlsx format and works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered digitally and immediately: after successful payment on Creem, the download is available on the confirmation page, and a receipt with the download link is emailed to you. If you do not receive it, contact [email protected] and we will resend it.

5. Refunds

Because the product is a digital download, completed purchases are generally not refundable. However, if the file is defective or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement, we will refund you in full when you contact us within 14 days of purchase. If you bought by mistake and have not downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD on this site and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Creem; we do not handle or store your payment details.

7. Liability

The site and product are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business or financial decisions made using our calculators or template, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot legally be removed.
